International Blues Review

Chelsea had three players in action on Thursday night and we review their performances

Spain

Diego Costa played from the start as Spain were held to a 1:1 draw by Italy on Thursday night

The striker went close on a couple of occasions during the game but couldn't add to the brace he scored against Liechtenstein last time out.He was substituted for Alvaro Morata with 23 minutes left on the clock and with Spain 1:0 up.However a late penalty conceded by Sergio Ramos ensured Daniele De Rossi took his chance to hand Italy a share of the spoils having been quiet for relatively long spells in the game.

Serbia
Branislav Ivanovic played all ninety minutes of Serbia's 3:0 victory over Moldova away from home and scoring his side's second of the night with a trademark header from a well worked set piece.
Brazil

Willian played the closing 22 minutes of Brazil's 5:0 trouncing of Bolivia. He came on for Neymar who was on the receiving end of a tough challenge from a Bolivian defender.
The damage was already done as Willian helped Brazil expertly see off the victory.
Oscar was an unused substitute.

Eden Hazard,Thibaut Courtois and Asmir Begovic come up against each other tonight while N'golo Kante's France take on Bulgaria tonight.
