International Blues Friday Review
It was a remarkable evening of entertaining football as Chelsea's globe trotters racked up plenty minutes of action for their national sides.
Ghana
Baba Rahman and Christian Atsu on loan at Schalke and Newcastle respectively started for the black stars who were held at home by a dodgy Ugandan team.
Baba completed the full game at left-back while Atsu was replaced by Abdul Waris with only eight minutes of normal time remaining.
Though the Ghanaians were on the front foot for most of the game they failed to break the deadlock and were forced to settle for a point.
Belgium
Eden Hazard,Thibaut Courtois and Asmir Begovic played from the start as the Chelsea teammates came against each other in a pulsating encounter.
It was however the Belgians who got the better of their counter parts racing on to a 2:0 lead at halftime.Spahic turned a ball into his net before Eden Hazard scored with a composed finish when played through by Mertens.
The Chelsea man laid on a pass for former blue Lukaku to round off the scoring late on with Alderwiereld having grabbed the third goal.Eden was subbed off to a standing ovation for Kevin Mirallas with only three minutes left on the clock.
Thibaut Courtois recorded a clean sheet having made crucial saves during the game.Begovic also put in a nice shift in between the sticks for Bosnia who were masters of their own ruin with some awful defending.
Michy Batshuayi was an unused substitute for Belgium.
N'golo Kante meanwhile was an unused sub for France who beat Bulgaria 4:1
