Chelsea star Eden Hazard was among the four players nominated to feature on the cover of the global game sponsored by FIFA. Other players include Manchester United's Anthony Martial,Real Madrid's James Rodriguez and Borrusia Dortmund's Marco Reus.


Eden Hazard had featured on the FIFA 15 covers in UK,France,Belgium and Netherlands and will be relying on your votes to pip the other nominees to a second appearance on the EA game cover.
