Chelsea's new first team head coach has expressed confidence in the players who he believes sincerely want to make up for a very bad season.
'Its not easy because after last season,a bad season,you have to restart to try to go back to fight for the title.I think me and the players can learn a lot from last season.Its strange that only 14 months ago Chelsea won the title and one year later,you are out of  the Europa League and Champions League,Obviously,the club don't like that and the players don't like that because we are without Champions League and Europa League,above all Champions League'.


'Its important to go back to the Champions League because Chelsea are a great club and great clubs must play in the Champions League'.
'From these past few days I understand the players are ready to work and fight because they want to play a different way compared to last season.They know last season wasn't just bad but very bad.Every single player knows this and wants to change the story.
