Chelsea football club has today confirmed the signing of Michy Batshuayi from Olympic Marseille.
The 22 year old has signed a five year deal to keep him at Stamford Bridge till 2021 becoming the first signing of the Antonio Conte era.
The young forward is now the third Belgian in the Chelsea team with Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois the other players.

He played for Standard Liege in Belgium before moving to Marseille in the summer of 2014 where he built his reputation in the modern game.He scored 23 goals in the French top-flight last season as well as laying a further ten goals for his team mates. Michy also represented Belgium at the Euros before being eliminated by Wales at the quarter finals.He scored Belgium's second goal against Hungary with his first touch after coming on in the latter stages of the match.

He follows the footsteps of Chelsea legend Didier Drogba who joined Chelsea from Olympic Marseille In 2004.
Batshuayi will provide competition for the Chelsea front line of Diego Costa,Bertrand Traore and Loic Remy.
