The Brazilian midfielder who has returned to training this week ahead of the new season has reflected on an enjoyable summer and a season in which he believes the team will surely improve under a new manager.
'My summer was really nice,I stayed in Brazil with my family and we did a lot of traveling within the country so it was very enjoyable.I watched a lot of matches during my time off.I saw the Copa America,Euros and some Brazilian matches'
'I was impressed with Antonio Conte's Italy at the Euros,they played very well and were unlucky to loose on penalties to a very good German team'
Now back to training and pre-season matches'around the corner, the Brazilian expects a good season for the Blues.
'I missed training and am glad to be back.We are all training really hard and looking forward to the pre-season matches'.The third day of  training was under the watchful eyes of Chelsea's new manager and Oscar had only nice comments about him
'I really liked it (training under Conte) and I think the team is really going to improve this season.He's very clear about what he wants from us.He spoke to everyone and it was very tactical with some good moves from the players'.
