Two goals from the two Chelsea forwards late in the game secured all three points for Chelsea after they fell behind despite bossing possession for most of the game.

But Michy Batshuayi who was on for only seven minutes tapped in the rebound from an Eden Hazard's strike from 25 yards out.Chelsea would however go on to win the game after another substitute Fabregas on for Oscar supplied the pass Diego Costa to net his second goal in two games.
