Papy Djilobodji has today joined Sunderland on a permanent transfer in the region of 8m£.
The 27 year old center-back joined the blues last summer from Nantes while sending the second half of last season on loan with German club Werder Bremen.He made no competitive appearance with the Chelsea first team but featured in our first two pre-season games this summer.
He will feature for the black cats who has appointed former Everton and Man United boss David Moyes this summer.
