Copa Blues Round 4 Review
There was a night to remember for the last Chelsea player at the Copa America Centenario as Colombia secured a place in the Semi finals thanks to a 4:2 penalty victory over Peru who knocked Brazil out in the previous round.
Juan Cuadrado played 90 minutes of football and also dispatched his side's second spot kick after Peru had forced penalties with resolute defending(extra time is not used in the Copa America until the final).Colombia scored all four with Peru missing twice the first a superb kick save from Colombia shot stopper David Ospina.
Colombia now join USA in the semis of the hundredth edition of the Copa America going one further than they did at the 2014 world cup in Brazil.
