The Belgian picked up a knock against West Brom but has recovered just in time as the blues seek a club record breaking eleventh consecutive win.

‘Yeah, I think he’s fit,’ Conte noted. ‘He trained today with us.

‘Before with Eden we played a lot of games and we played very well, and then it can happen that a player has an injury. I hope when we have this type of situation the substitute plays very well.

Conte did not however assure that the attacker will be handed a starting berth against Alan Pardew's charges.
